O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of Correspondent of the Seerkazhi L.M.H. Aided Higher Secondary School.
2. The appointment of the Correspondent was made on 19.02.2014 by the District Educational Officer, Mayiladuthurai, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
3. The learned Governent Advocae appearing on behalf of the Education Department brought to the notice of this Court that the period of the Correspondent appointed in proceeding dated 19.02.2014 expired and a new Correspondent one Mr.P.Samson Gilbert was appointed as Correspondent by the Delhi Education Officer, Seerkazhi in proceedings dated 03.02.2021. Therfore, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing of the present writ petition did not exist and the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievances, if any exists in respect of the subsequent appointment of Correspondent made by the Competent Authorities.
4. With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS II) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Svn To
