ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the order of this Court dated 23.08.2010 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed in M.P.No.1 of 2010 in W.P.No.16992 of 2010.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st petitioner has expired and hence steps must be taken to bring the legal representatives of the 1st petitioner.

3.The property in question is sufficiently represented by the co-owners who are petitioners 2 to 4 and hence, there is no requirement for impleading the legal representatives of the 1st petitioner. The demise of the 1st petitioner is hereby recorded and the Registry is directed to delete the name of the 1st petitioner. In view of the fact that the main writ petition itself has been posted for final hearing, there is no requirement to keep this contempt petition pending and accordingly this contempt petition is closed.
