Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and informs that the Petitioner would work out his remedy to impeach the order dated 22.04.2019 in W.A. No. 1277 of 2019 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
