The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent bank to furnish the statement of accounts viz., Savings Account No.1054, RDD Account Nos.664 425/33/88 and RDP 68/91 and to deposit the outstanding amount relating to the above said accounts and for consequential orders.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Bank would furnish the statement of accounts as sought in this petition, to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

3.Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, granting two weeks time to the respondent Bank for furnishing the statement of accounts to the petitioner. No costs.
