Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that an order has been passed on the represenation made by the petitioner dated 07.07.2021, denying the issuance of patta to the petitioner.

2. In view of the above development, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the said order, rejecting the claim, before the appropriate Authority. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is Closed. No costs.
