2. It is brought to the notice by the Registry that till date, the petitioner has not paid cost of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai as ordered by this Court on 03.10.2019 as condition for allowing this petition to condone the delay of 531 days in filing the above appeal.

3. In view of the above, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- as cost to the "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai" within a period of two weeks from today. This petition is ordered accordingly.
