PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the case file in Crime No.170 of 2019 from the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to some other investigation agency under the supervision of the 1st respondent for fair investigation in Crime No.170 of 2019.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.170 of 2019 from the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to some other investigation agency. 2.In view of the order passed by this Court in WP No.17763 of 2019 dated 03.07.2019, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.170 of 2019 before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gudimangalam Police Station to some other police station before an officer not less than the rank of Inspector of Police. The Superintendent of Police, Thiruppur District, shall complete this process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
