The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree made in S.A.No.1351 of 2007.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/review applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the review application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ review applicant, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Review Application is closed at the SR stage itself. No costs.
