Crl.M.P.No.7485 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.601 of 2017 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., This Court by an order dated 13.04.2017 directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the cheque amount to the credit of C.C.No.797 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, within a period of 8 weeks.

2. Today, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking extension of time to pay the said amount on the ground that he was not able to mobilize the fund.

3. Hence, the time granted by this Court for depositing the 50% of the cheque amount is extended for a further period of two weeks from today and no further time will be granted.
