Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate such coercive action to implement the road laying work and installation of street lights, disposal of garbage, sewage, provide drinking water at Maxworth Nagar township, Sunnambukolathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Chennai-600 129
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that a resolution was passed in the Kovilambakkam Village Panchayat Council to lay 16 Nos of cement concrete roads in Maxworth Nagar under the CMDA local body and drinking water tap facilities have been provided in 4 street and 31 houses were connected with individual household connection and as far as the street lights are concerned 35 street light bulbs have been fitted in the existing poles as part of basic amenities and the remaining area action is under process.
3. In such view of the matter, the respondents authorities shall consider and provide all the facilities and amenities as per law to the petitioner association expeditiously.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
