Mr.R.Chakkaravarthy Government Counsel C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions are filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to initiate conciliation proceedings in Ref.Na.Ka.No.E/2143/2025, Ref.Na.Ka.No.E/2021/2025 and Ref.Na.Ka.No.E/2022/2025 respectively and conclude the same and pass report and pass suitable orders.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that though enquiry notice dated 20.01.2026 was issued in the petition filed by them under 2k(ii) of the ID Act in
respect of Charter of demands, no proceedings were initiated by the 1st respondent till date. Aggrieved by the delay in concluding the proceedings, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petitions. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the conciliation proceedings are underway, there shall not be any delay of one year in concluding the proceedings. 3.Learned Government Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that steps would be taken to expedite the conciliation proceedings and to conclude the same at the earliest.
4.In view of the said undertaking given by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent that the conciliation proceedings would be completed expeditiously, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to conclude the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. K.SURENDER, J.
