ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's minor daughter aged about 17 1⁄2 years went missing on 25.05.2024, a complaint was registered in Crime No.156 of 2024 dated 28.05.2024 under the caption 'girl missing'. Since, the girl could not be secured within a reasonable time, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, the second respondent herein have traced and secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. When we interacted with the minor girl, she said that she intends to reconcile and live under the care and protection of her mother. As such, the

grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, and hence no further orders are required to be passed.
