Prayer in CRP No.4169 of 2023: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the impugned order dated 05.09.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, City Civil court, Chennai, in Tr.O.P.No.89 of 2023 and consequently permit the transfer of O.S.No.5110 of 2021 pending on the file of the XV Assistant City Civil Court to be heard along with O.S.No.8228 of 2022 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court.
