The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has secured a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 01.08.2025, that a sum of Rs.9,96,528/- has been credited to the account of the petitioner. In view of the same, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature.

2.In case, the petitioner is of the view that the entire amount has not been settled, liberty is granted to file appropriate application under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, before the concerned Labour Court, seeking for computation of the difference amount. 3.With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed 29.08.2025 krk Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No : Yes / No M.S.RAMESH, J.
