The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the learned Additional Family Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose the case in D.O.P.No.1200 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this revision petition, this 1/3

Court is inclined to dispose of the Revision Petition even without notice to the respondent.

3. A perusal of the docket entry enclosed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the petition for divorce was filed by the respondent is pending in the stage of enquiry from May 2021 without any substantial progress. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the learned Additional Family Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose the case in D.O.P.No.1200 of 2019 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stand disposed of. No costs.
