The wife, who is the respondent in HMOP No.510 of 2023 pending on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Court, Poonamallee is the revision petitioner herein, seeking transfer of the said proceedings to Sub Court, Ranipet.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submits that the petitioner resides within the jurisdiction of Sub Court, Ranipet and she finds it inconvenient to attend the proceedings at Poonamallee Court. P.B.BALAJI.,J 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer request.

4. In view of the above, Tr.C.M.P.No.651 of 2024 is allowed and HMOP No.510 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of II Additional District and Sessions Court, Poonamallee and transferred to Sub Court, Ranipet.

5. The II Additional District and Sessions Court, Poonamallee is directed to transfer the entire records relating to HMOP No.510 of 2023 to Sub Court, Ranipet forthwith.
