The petition is filed to extend the time granted in W.P.No.10211 of 2023 and W.M.P.No.10222 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 for a period of one week.

2. This Court vide order dated 31.03.2023 granted an interim stay in W.P.No.10211 of 2023 and W.M.P.No.10222 of 2023 with a condition to the petitioner to deposit 50% of the amount computed by the Labour Court in the Claim Petition filed under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they were aware of the time limit imposed by this Court to deposit the amount and he approached the Court below on 08.05.2023 and presented the Demand Draft before the Registrar, Labour Court, who returned the same stating that the time limited fixed by this Court lapsed on 31.04.2023. Hence he has come up with this petition, seeking extension of time for depositing the amount.

4. In view of the above time granted by this Court is extended till 30.06.2023.
