This Petition has been filed to delete the name of Mr.S.Duraisamy, S/o.Late Subramaniam Pillai, Door No.22, No.2, Puthu Street, Kitchipalayam, Salem 636015 and after deleting to add "represented by its President, Mr.V.Viyali, Son of Veerandi Pillai, Hindu aged about 65 years, residing at Door No.360, Velmurugam Nagar, Sannyasi Kundu Main Road, Kichipalayam, Salem Taluk, Salem District 636015 " in the long and short cause titles and wherever necessary in CMA.No.2056 of 2021.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that at the time of filing the Appeal, the Respondent Sola Vellalar Samugam Trust was represented by its President viz., S.Duraisamy and after the death of S.Duraisamy one V.Viyali is appointed as President and the same was not disputed by the Respondent.
