This application has been filed seeking leave to institute a suit within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2.The suit had been filed against the defendant, who is the former employee of the plaintiff, seeking permanent injunction restraining him from posting or spreading any statements either orally or through e-mail which are derogatory or defamatory to the plaintiff.

3.It is contended that such communication had been done across various platforms. The registered office of the plaintiff is within the jurisdiction of this Court. Since the cause of action arise within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is sought, leave is granted.

Accordingly, the Application stands allowed. The Registry may proceed to number the plaint, if it is otherwise in order.
