O R D E R
Challenging the order passed by the Principal Labour Court, Vellore dated 17.04.2025 in E.P.No.12/2021, the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation has filed the present writ petition. 1/4
2. The respondent herein has an industrial dispute in ID No.157/2014 challenging his order of dismissal.
3. The Labour Court had directed the petitioner Management to reinstate the respondent. The writ petition filed by the petitioner management challenging the award of the Labour Court was rejected by this Court. Since the award was not implemented, the respondent filed an execution petition before the Labour Court seeking for arrest of the respondent. The petitioner had filed counter affidavit wherein they have not stated any reason for question the award passed by the Labour Court. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed. According to the petitioner, they are contemplating filed a writ appeal. Considering the same, since the petitioners have lost before the two forum viz., Labour Court and this Court and they have not implemented the order of reinstatement, the Labour Court allowed the execution petition filed by the respondent and ordered as follows:
''Issue fresh arrest batta. Arrest by call on 15.05.2025.''
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not submitted anything substantive to consider this writ petition.

5. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
