CMP.No.11828 of 2020 has been filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of CPC to receive the certified copy of the sale deed dated 24.09.1982 vide doc. No.2427 of 1985, on the file of SRO, Virugambakkam, Chennai, the Plaint and written statement in O.S.No.4829 of 2011 for being marked as Additional Documents/Exhibits on the side of the Petitioner/Appellant/Defendant.

2.Counter affidavit filed by the Respondent viz., Sister (O.P.Bhaanumathee) in this Miscellaneous Petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. 4.The first document which is sought to be filed is a certified copy of sale deed dated 24.09.1985 vide Document No.2427/1985, on the file of SRO, Virugambakkam, Chennai. In fact the trial Court has made an observation of non filing of the said document. In the grounds of the Appeal the Appellant reserved his right to file certified copy of the 1/3

document and hence the same is hereby taken as document and the Registry is directed to mark the same as Ex.B21. The other two documents which are sought to be filed are the Plaint copy in O.S.No.4829 of 2011 and written statement filed by the Defendant in O.S.No.4829 of 2011. Since admittedly, they are court documents they are also taken on file and the same shall be marked as Ex.B.22 and Ex.B.23 in this Appeal.

5.Accordingly, this CMP.No.11828 of 2020 is hereby ordered as prayed for.
