O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the orders of this Hon'ble Court on 01.11.2012 in W.P.No.12188 of 2011, the terminal and pensionary benefits are disbursed to the writ petitioner. However, the learned counsel states that the interest portion alone has not been paid. The eligibility regarding the payment of interest for belated settlement depends on the fact that who is responsible for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the delay. Such fact has to be assessed and based on the

calculation and other aspects, a separate proceedings are to be initiated by the writ petitioner. However, in respect of this contempt petition, the order passed by this Court on 01.11.2012 in respect of the payment of terminal and pensionary benefits has already been paid to the writ petitioner.

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
