ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to disturb or interfere with the petitioners from carrying on their business under the name and style of M/s.New Heaven Family Saloon & Spa at No.3/189, East Coast Road, Vettuvankeni, Chennai-600 115.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there is a case pending against the first petitioner in Crime No.71 of 2018 under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

3.The present petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to disturb the business carried on by the petitioner.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is left open to the respondent police to proceed further in the criminal case and if at all any action should be taken against the business conducted by the petitioners, it can be done only in accordance with law by following the proper procedure.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed with the above direction.
