ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to include the offence under Section SC/ST Act, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Court for offences under Sections 294(b) and 324 IPC on 17.08.2014.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate and file a protest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Vinay Tayagi V. I.Rshad Ali Alias Deepak and others reported in 2013(5) SCC 762.
