This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to proceed the investigation with fair and proper manner and to include the name of the accused along with hitting lorry bearing registration No.TN 30 AK 8995 in Crime No.636 of 2017, on the file of the third respondent herein and to file a final report within the time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.636 of 2017 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.31 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Attur, Salem, under Sections 279 and 304A against one Manikandan. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
