(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing".) This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 20.02.2013 passed in I.A.No.10 of 2013 in O.S.No.440 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Kancheepuram. 1/3

2.The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 20.02.2013 passed in I.A.No.10 of 2013 filed to stay the trial of the suit in O.S.No.440 of 2008 till the disposal of A.S.No.9 of 2013 filed against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.238 of 2009. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the First Appeal in A.S.No.9 of 2013 was dismissed on 27.04.2019 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
