ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case in Crime No.93 of 2015 has been registered for the offences under Sections 379 and 420 of IPC on the file of the respondent police station and this petitioner is suspected to be the receiver of the stolen properties. Hence, he was called for interrogation.

3. In view of the above, the respondent-police is directed to conduct the investigation in accordance with law and the petitioner shall also co-operate with the investigation officer. Till such time, the investigation is completed, the petitioner shall not be unnecessarily harassed. But it is open to the Investigating Officer to summon the petitioner for enquiry and the petitioner shall appear for enquiry in terms of the conditions 6 (iv) of the anticipatory bail order dated 27.02.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.4700 of 2015 passed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
