The petitioner is the wife of the proposed accused and that she got married to the proposed accused in the year 2005. By making allegations of cruelty against the accused, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the proposed accused on 26.07.2010. 2.In view of the fact that after the complaint, more than five years have elapsed, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
