C.M.P.No.16814 of 2021 in S.A.No.780 of 2002 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/proposed appellants seeking to condone the delay of 2257 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Manicka Padayachi in the above Second Appeal.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
