Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has given a change of vakalath and also filed a memo withdrawing his appearance. Hence, Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioner and post the matter today.
2. Even though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list today, i.e., on 03.01.2019, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or
through the counsel. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
