O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to issue a non traceable certificate for the sale deed bearing Document Numbers (1) 1018 of 1993 (ii) 1019 of 1993 (iii) 3006 of 1966 on the file of Joint 4, Sub Registrar Office, Kanchipuram and (vi) 1422 of 1999 (v) 1953 of 1999 (vi) 1954 of 1999 (vii) 1955 of 1999 (viii) 81 of 2001 on the file of the Joint 1, Sub Registrar Office, Kanchipuram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lost his original sale deeds bearing Document Numbers (1) 1018 of 1993 (ii) 1019 of 1993 (iii) 3006 of 1966 on the file of Joint 4, Sub Registrar Office, Kanchipuram and (vi) 1422 of 1999 (v) 1953 of 1999 (vi) 1954 of 1999 (vii) 1955 of 1999 (viii) 81 of 2001 on the file of the Joint 1, Sub Registrar Office, Kanchipuram. Hence, he preferred a complaint on 22.02.2018 before the respondent.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
