The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the learned trial Judge dismissed the suit in O.S. No.168 of 2008 and as such, nothing survives for adjudication.

2. In view of the subsequent events relating to the dismissal of the suit in O.S. No.168 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Ambur, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
