ORDER

The defacto complainant is the wife of the proposed accused and that she got married in the year 2005. Alleging that the proposed accused had assaulted her in the public place, she lodged a complaint against the proposed accused on 26.07.2010. In view of the fact that after the complaint, more than five years have elapsed and the dispute is between the husband and wife, no further directions need to be given in this case.
