This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below permitting the respondent to substitute himself in the place of the deceased / complainant.

2. The Court below has allowed the petition, since the respondent is the legalheir of the deceased / complainant. This Court, does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not already been disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
