The criminal original petition petitioner has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to handover the petitioner's vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN 46 L 7341 which illegally detained by the 3rd respondent on instructions of the 4th respondent.

Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the receipt to show that the petitioner's vehicle bearing Reg.No. TN 46 L 7341 has been handed over to the petitioner on 15.05.2025, and proof of the same has been produced before this court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the same. 3.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed.
