This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.R.Balaji, learned counsel, who takes notice for the first and second respondents, submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.
3. Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel, who takes notice for the third respondent, submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
