Prayer in W.P. No. 17694 of 2022:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Order dated 06.10.2020 in PI/SIGC-P/Chemax/2015 and letter dated 28.03.2022 issued by the First Respondent in Lr.No. P-II/SIP-Perun./Chemax/2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the First Respondent to grant extension of time to the Petitioner to implement the project for the reasons above stated. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioners to make representations to the First Respondent for recalling the impugned orders by explaining the factors which had impeded them from carrying out their obligations pursuant to the allotment of the industrial plots with supporting materials and Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
