Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 8 in compliance with Section 47A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and consequently, direct the respondents 5 to 8 to restore the lands in S.F.No.95 measuring an extent of 1.50 acres and S.F.Nos.94/1G measuring an extent of 0.33 1⁄2 cents and 92/7, 100/4, 100/6, 94/3C totally admeasuring 4 Acres, all situate in Omalur Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, to its original wet land nature.
