ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 37 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police to some other investigation agency with a direction to complete the investigation.
2. Though the petitioner has filed a petition for transfer of investigation, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied even if the investigation is directed to be completed expeditiously.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the investigation is pending from the year 2016 onwards, there shall be direction to the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to complete the investigation in Crime No. 37 of 2016 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
