This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4128 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.424 of 2022 on 30.03.2022 to report before the learned Special Court under EC and NDPS Cases, Salem on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all further hearing dates.
