2. Heard Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.S.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for the respondent-1 and Mr.M.V.Ramachandramurthy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for respondent-2.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
