This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 8 days in preferring revision against the Judgment and Decree dated 24.02.2022 passed in RCA No.02 of 2020 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge and the Rent Control Appellate Authority of the Nilgiris at Coonoor and RCOP No.01 of 2017 dated 18.02.2020 on the file of the learned Rent Controller, Kotagiri.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
