2. Heard Mr.S.N.Subramani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
