Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition has been granted by order dated 03.09.2019 in I.A. No. 325 of 2019 in O.A. No. 496 of 2016 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai and no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
