ORDER

The petitioner, who is running Seasons Family Salon & Spa, has filed this petition seeking not to harass. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 16.07.2021 at about 11.a.m. a team of police personnel visited and made an enquiry and again on 28.07.2021, they made another visit and enquired whether any illegal activity is being carried out. Further, on verification, they found no such illegal activities carried. Despite the same, often visiting the petitioner's business premises, causes bad name, the petitioner is unable to continue with her business. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the second respondent never visited the petitioner's firm. It was the special team of Commissioner of Police, Salem, who visited, that to, only on one occasion, they made enquiry, which is a routine verification since lot of complaints are received in respect of illegal activities in Spa Centre. The petitioner is necessary for enquiry.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds that calling the petitioner for enquiry in respect of complaints received with regard to some activities would not amount to any harassment. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
