Crl.M.P.No.8082 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11027 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11027 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.
