Crl.M.P.No.8092 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7557 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6954 of in Crl.O.P.No.7557 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that on completion of investigation the respondent police has filed final report before the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.159 of 2022.

3. Taking note of the above fact, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on every hearing without fail.
