Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action to remove encroachments made in Natham Poramboke comprised in S.F.No.405/8 situated at Narayana Naykan Pudur, Periakalanthai Village Panchayat, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District in accordance with law.
