Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. With the consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 05.02.2015 made by the petitioner seeking license to carry on tea/snack stall at GST Road, Ashar Khana Bus Stand, Alandur, Chennai 16 in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Admittedly, petitioner seeks to carry on business in a road margin and no writ of Mandamus as sought for herein can be granted. Hence, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
