It is reported that the sixth respondent in the appeal died.

2. The appellant filed C.M.P.No.14464 of 2021 to substitute the proposed respondents 8 to 10 herein as the legal heir of the 6th respondent.

3. This Court by order dated 09.02.2024 issued notice to the proposed respondents 8 to 10. Notice to the proposed respondents have been served and their names are also printed in the cause list.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant / petitioner and the first respondent and has no serious objection to allow this petition.

5. Perused the affidavit in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

7. Issue notice to the impleaded respondents 8 to 10 returnable by 27.03.2024. Private notice is also permitted.

8. Post the matter on 27.03.2024.
